Data deletion

You can delete the data AntCore received from a connected account — Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok or Telegram (profile, metrics, conversations, posts) — together with the related access tokens.

Option 1 — inside the app

Open “Accounts”, find the account and press “Disconnect”. Disconnecting an account deletes the data linked to it and its access token.

Option 2 — by request

Write to team@imprezaevents.org and name the account — we will delete the data and confirm it is done.

Option 3 — remove the app in Instagram

In Instagram open Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites and remove AntCore. Instagram then calls our data deletion callback and the data is deleted automatically — no request to us is needed.

When access is revoked on the Instagram/Meta side, the data is deleted automatically through the Meta data deletion mechanism.
