1. Who we are

AntCore is a service for managing business accounts on social networks (publishing, unified inbox, analytics).

The operator of the service and the party responsible for data processing is SERDAR HUDAYNAZAROV. Tax ID: NIP 5252835675. Address: ul. Twarda 1 lok. 14, 00-114 Warszawa, Polska. For data protection questions: team@imprezaevents.org.

2. What Instagram data we receive

Only after your explicit consent when you connect an account through the official Instagram Business Login, and only within the permissions you granted:

• Profile: id, username (@), name, avatar, account type, follower count.
• Posts and metrics: your posts, reels and stories and their statistics (reach, views, likes, comments, saves).
• Direct messages: incoming and outgoing messages — only to show them in the inbox and to reply within the 24-hour window.
• Comments and mentions: to display and moderate them under your posts.

The same applies, within the same permissions, to Facebook (Pages: page profile, posts and their statistics, Messenger conversations, comments) and Threads (profile, posts, replies under them).

2a. What TikTok data we receive

Only after your explicit consent when you connect an account through the official TikTok Login Kit, and only within the permissions you granted:

• Profile (user.info.basic, user.info.profile): id, display name, username (@), avatar — so that you always see which account a post will be published to.
• Follower count (user.info.stats) — shown on the account card and in the Statistics section.
• Publishing (video.publish): we send to TikTok the videos and photo carousels that you uploaded to AntCore, with the settings you selected (privacy level, comments, duet, stitch, commercial content disclosure). Before showing the publishing screen we query TikTok for creator info, so that we offer only the privacy options that are actually available to your account.
• Your published videos (video.list): cover image, description, date and metrics (views, likes, comments, shares) — for the Statistics section.

We use TikTok data only for the service features listed above. We do not share it with third parties and do not mix it with data from other platforms.

Telegram: when you connect a bot or a personal account (Telegram for Business), we receive and store the messages of your chats and the details of their authors, in order to show the conversation in one place and let you reply to it.

We obtain data solely through the official platform APIs (Instagram, Facebook and Threads Graph API, TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API, Telegram Bot API). We do not use scraping, unofficial APIs, or automation that violates platform rules.

3. How we use the data

Only to provide the service features that you use: publishing content to your accounts, showing the unified inbox and replying to it, and analytics for your accounts. We do not use your data for any other purpose, do not sell it, do not pass it to ad networks or data brokers, and do not train models on it.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, which you give when connecting an account. You can withdraw it at any time by disconnecting the account (see section 7).

5. Storage and protection

• Access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
• Data of each platform is stored separately and is never mixed.
• Access to data is restricted; all transfers go over HTTPS.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is connected to the service. When an account is disconnected, or upon a deletion request, we delete the related data (profile, metrics, conversations, posts) and the access tokens.

7. How to delete your data

Any of the following ways:

• disconnect the account in the app (Accounts → Disconnect) — the account data is deleted and access is revoked on the platform side;
• revoke access on the platform itself: TikTok → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps permissions; Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites; Facebook → Settings → Business integrations;

8. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Data is processed only by the infrastructure providers that run the service (hosting and database). Meta data is never mixed with data from other platforms.

AI features (smart replies, the statistics assistant, AI insights) stay off until your organization adds its own API key of an AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) in the settings. When enabled, only the text of the message or comment being answered and aggregated statistics are sent to that provider under your key, solely to generate the answer; under their API terms this data is not used to train models. Without a key nothing is sent. Data of each platform is still processed separately.

9. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent. Contact us at team@imprezaevents.org.

10. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only — your sign-in to AntCore and the connection of social accounts. We have no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not pass data to third parties for tracking. The full list with purpose and retention is on the Cookies page, where you can also review and change your choice at any time.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address with the date of the last update.
