Terms of Service

1. The service

AntCore (operated by SERDAR HUDAYNAZAROV, tax ID NIP 5252835675, ul. Twarda 1 lok. 14, 00-114 Warszawa, Polska) provides tools for managing business accounts on social networks: publishing, a unified inbox and analytics.

2. Use in line with platform rules

You agree to use the service in accordance with the rules of the connected platforms — Instagram and Meta (Platform Terms and Developer Policies), Facebook, Threads, TikTok (including the Content Sharing Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation), Telegram (Terms of Service and Bot Platform Developer Terms). The service works only through official APIs.

3. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to use the service for:

The lists above are not exhaustive: platform rules take precedence, and whatever they prohibit is prohibited here as well.

4. Suspension of access

We may suspend or terminate your access — immediately and without prior notice where necessary — if there are reasonable grounds to believe that section 3 has been violated, or if the platform requires it. Suspension disables publishing, the inbox, comments and auto-replies; data is not deleted, and scheduled posts do not go out and stay in the queue.

We are obliged to terminate your access to a platform at that platform request — this is a condition of our agreement with the platform (for example, Meta Platform Terms, the Tech Providers section). We comply with such a request and tell you the reason as far as we are able to.

Report abuse to team@imprezaevents.org — we handle such reports with priority. Please state exactly what you saw and where: the more precise the details, the faster we can act.

5. Your accounts and content

You confirm that you have the right to manage the connected accounts and the content you publish. You are responsible for the content and for compliance with platform rules. You indemnify us for losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or of platform rules.

The data of each workspace is stored separately from the data of others. Actions in the service (publishing, sending messages, changing access) are written to an audit log — it is used to resolve disputes and to report to the platform.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for restrictions, blocks or changes on the platform side (Meta, TikTok and others), nor for interruptions of third-party services.
